Robert L. Blakeslee started
cooking at the age of seven when his father paid him 10 cents a meal to
make him breakfast, and has loved cooking ever since. He earned his
bachelor's degree in fine arts at the California College of the Arts
(CCA) in Northern California. He has been a college professor at the Art
Institute of Miami, Florida. And is an internationally published
award-winning graphic designer, art director, and creative director. His
first book "Your Time to Cook" won the coveted Benjamin Franklin
National Award for Cookbook of the Year, from the Independent Book
Publishers Association in 2011. |
